WHAT THE WEBSITE REMEMBERS
Cookies and Analytics
Cookies are not one single thing. Some keep your cart and secure sign-in working, others measure traffic or support marketing. Here we describe the purposes and rules; the actual list of technologies must always match the website's current operation.
Effective from 12. 8. 2026 · version 1.0
1. Who operates the website
The operator of the radimcare.cz website is KOLIBRI s.r.o., Company ID (IČO) 19370091, VAT ID (DIČ) CZ19370091, Žirovnická 3133/6, 106 00 Prague 10. Send privacy questions to info@radimcare.cz.
Details on the processing of personal data, recipients and your rights are in the Privacy Policy.
2. Essential technologies
Essential cookies and similar storage provide functions the visitor has requested: secure loading of the website, the cart, the checkout, sign-in, form protection, the privacy choice and basic technical stability. Consent is generally not required for these purposes.
WooCommerce may use temporary cart and session identifiers. WordPress may use sign-in cookies for user accounts. Without these elements, the cart, account or payment may not work.
3. Analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 via Google Tag Manager. The measurement shows us page visits and anonymous commerce events, such as viewing the cart, starting checkout, completing a purchase or successfully submitting the contact form. We do not send form content, names, e-mail addresses, phone numbers or postal addresses to analytics.
We use Google Consent Mode v2 to manage consent. By default, both analytics and advertising consents are denied and Google Tag Manager does not load. Once analytics consent is given, measurement may start; consent can be withdrawn at any time. The provider is Google Ireland Limited and, in the course of providing the service, data may be transferred outside the EEA on the basis of appropriate legal safeguards. The usual lifetime of the main Google Analytics cookie is up to 2 years, unless shortened by service or browser settings.
4. Marketing and embedded content
Advertising measurement, personalisation, remarketing or embedded third-party content may link a visit with other data. We do not run such elements before a consent choice is made, unless they are essential or a different statutory regime applies to them.
Newsletter consent is separate. Accepting or declining cookies does not by itself subscribe you to or unsubscribe you from e-mail news.
5. How to change your choice
If a consent management tool is active on the website, the choice can be reopened via the Cookie Settings link in the footer. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing.
Cookies can also be deleted in your browser settings. Blocking all cookies entirely may break the cart, sign-in or checkout; declining the optional categories must not block an ordinary purchase.
6. Current technical list
Essential technologies: WordPress and WooCommerce for the session, cart, account and security; GoPay for the payment process; form protection and the rc_cookie_consent_v1 cookie for storing the privacy choice in the browser. Their exact names and lifetimes may vary depending on the session, sign-in status, chosen payment method and security configuration.
Optional analytics technologies after consent: Google Tag Manager (container GTM-MVVDGSF8) and Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-VX4R959KPB). They may typically use the cookies _ga (distinguishing visitors, up to 2 years) and _ga_<ID> (session state, up to 2 years). We do not currently operate separate marketing or advertising targeting; the corresponding Consent Mode signals remain denied without marketing consent. We review this list regularly whenever a plugin, the payment gateway or a measurement tool changes.
7. Changes to this document
When a tool, purpose or supplier changes, we update both the text and the technical list. The effective version is marked with the date at the top of the page.
