A woman who cares for her mother receives a calm message while her mother spends the day safely at home

RADIMCARE FOR FAMILY CARERS

Be close, even when you cannot always be together.

Radim stays at home with your senior, helps them through the day and lets you know when it is time to get in touch. No cameras, no constant checking.

  • No cameras
  • Clear alerts
  • Support from a person

CARE HAS NO OFF SWITCH

You do not have to call five times a day to know that all is well.

You are caring even when you are at work. You are thinking about it even when you should be with your own family. And in the evening you are sometimes unsure whether you forgot something.

Radim will not take your responsibility or your relationship away. It takes on part of the uncertainty between two visits.

HELP, NOT SURVEILLANCE

Radim stays at home. You only receive what matters.

We set the solution up around the real life of the person you care for and around what you need to know.

  1. 1

Your senior has their own assistant

Radim greets them by name, helps them find their bearings during the day, reminds them of the agreed programme and offers a conversation.

  2. 2

    The home notices changes

Selected sensors or a wristband pick up a fall, unusual inactivity, an open door or another situation agreed in advance.

  3. 3

You know when to get in touch

Radim sends a clear message to the right person. What follows is a phone call, a visit or another human step.

ONE ORDINARY DAY

Radim helps the senior, not just the family’s phone.

Technology only makes sense if it is also useful to the person at home. That is why Radim is not merely an alarm. It is a personal AI assistant that adapts to the agreed rhythm, to the senior’s needs and to the way they communicate.

“Good morning, Mrs Marie. After breakfast there is exercise. Would you like me to remind you later?”
Radimpersonal AI assistant
MORNING

A welcome, a sense of the day and a reminder of the agreed programme.

DURING THE DAY

It listens, answers and respects the senior’s pace.

WHEN SOMETHING CHANGES

It alerts someone close and helps them check the situation.

Today · 9:12
Radim has noticed a change

This morning is going differently than usual. Mrs Marie has not got up yet. Please try to give her a call.

LESS DATA. MORE CONTEXT.

A message you understand at first reading.

We do not want to bury you in charts or in every movement around the home. Radim explains what has changed and why the situation deserves attention.

  • what happened,
  • when the change occurred,
  • which human step makes sense next.

PEACE OF MIND FOR THE FAMILY. DIGNITY FOR THE SENIOR.

What may change in your day

You can concentrate on your work

You know a message will come if an agreed change occurs, so you do not have to check your phone all day.

You can sleep more soundly

Night-time movement or a door being opened can be set so that the alert reaches the right person.

You can be a family again

A visit need not begin with an interrogation. There is more room for conversation, coffee and simple closeness.

PRIVACY IS NEVER ARRANGED BEHIND SOMEONE’S BACK

Together we agree what Radim should notice — and what it should not.

No cameras. No continuous broadcast of the senior’s life to the family. Every alert and every sensor involved has a purpose agreed in advance.

  • The senior remains a person, not a monitored object.
  • The family receives only the information agreed upon.
  • The settings can be changed as needs change.

FROM A CONVERSATION TO HELP AT HOME

We start with the person you love, not with a box of sensors.

First we listen to the senior and to the family. Then we recommend only as much help as genuinely makes sense in your life.

  1. 1

    An intro call

You describe your situation, calmly and in your own time.

  2. 2

    A visit at home

We get to know the surroundings, the rhythm and the senior’s wishes.

  3. 3

    A tailored solution

We set up Radim, the sensors and the alerts.

  4. 4

    Support afterwards

We stay close at hand and fine-tune the solution together.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What you need to know beforehand

We go through the technical details together. Here are the most important answers.

Does the senior have to be able to use a smartphone?

No. Radim can talk with the senior by voice through a simply configured device at home.

Can Radim alert someone to a fall?

Yes; depending on the set-up chosen it can detect a fall or a marked change in movement and alert the designated person.

Will I see every movement the senior makes?

No. The aim is not continuous surveillance. Together you decide which situations should lead to an alert.

Does Radim replace emergency or medical services?

No. It helps raise the alert in good time and supports checking by a person; it does not replace medical care or emergency services.

What if needs change over time?

Both the settings and the devices involved can be adjusted as the senior’s life and the family’s circumstances change.
