PRIVACY, PLAINLY EXPLAINED
Privacy Policy
We want you to know what data we need, why we need it, and who may work with it. This page covers the website, the e-shop, enquiries and the basic operation of RadimCare services. For individual monitoring or deployment in a care facility, you will also receive specific information for that particular solution.
Effective from 12. 8. 2026 · version 1.0
1. Who is the controller
For the website, the e-shop, enquiries and direct contracts with customers, the controller is KOLIBRI s.r.o., Company ID (IČO) 19370091, VAT ID (DIČ) CZ19370091, registered office at Žirovnická 3133/6, 106 00 Prague 10, File No. C 385522, kept by the Municipal Court in Prague.
Data protection contact: info@radimcare.cz, +420 601 106 060. This is a contact person, not automatically a Data Protection Officer.
Where RadimCare is deployed in a senior care home or a healthcare or social care facility, the role of controller is determined by the specific contract and the actual manner of processing. If the purposes and means are determined by the facility, KOLIBRI processes the data only on its documented instructions and under a data processing agreement.

Assistance and sensor service
Data: the scope is defined by the specific offer; it may include device status, sensor events, agreed contacts and alert rules
Purpose: providing the agreed support and alerts
Legal basis: performance of the contract for ordinary data; for health data, an appropriate legal basis under Article 9 GDPR is additionally required
Retention: depending on the specific service and risk; the period will be set out in the contract or the service information
3. Health data, sensors and decision-making
An ordinary visit to the website or a purchase of goods does not constitute consent to the processing of health data. Before a service starts, the specific purpose, scope, access rights, retention period and legal roles of the parties must be described. In a direct home service, the legal basis may be explicit consent; in an institution, we rely on the controller's documented legal basis and its instructions.
Radim may evaluate agreed events and prepare an alert for a human. The assistant's output must not by itself serve as the basis for a diagnosis, treatment or a decision with legal or similarly significant effects. Further action is decided by a human.
A camera is not part of the standard RadimCare sensor design. Any visual component in an individual project would require a separate assessment and information provided before it is put into operation.
4. Who we may disclose data to
We select processors based on their data protection guarantees and, where the GDPR requires, we conclude a data processing agreement. We do not sell personal data.
Some suppliers may also operate outside the European Economic Area. Any transfer must rely on a mechanism permitted by the GDPR, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. Specific information is available on request.

7. Security, changes and contact
We use technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk. This public text deliberately does not promise a specific cipher, the location of every server or a regular audit unless such a state is documented for all parts of the service and continuously maintained.
In the event of a substantial change in purpose, technology, recipients or legal position, we will amend this document and state a new effective date. Send questions to info@radimcare.cz or to the registered office address.
